The Frith Collection
The 365,000 photographs, covering 7,000 cities, towns and villages, in the Francis Frith Collection were taken between 1860 and 1970 and provide an extraordinarily detailed visual record of the enormous social and structural changes that have taken place in Britain over the period. Each city, town or village has an average of 80 photographs, some taken from the same spot over many years. Now you have the opportunity to own one of these remarkable photographs.
